Most businesses need a support team, but few can afford it, and many of those who can don’t bother to budget for it. These are the businesses who tend to fall into the 10-20% failure rate, because like you said, a growing business needs more hands on deck. We have 6 people and a cat, and sometimes we really feel like we could use more hands (and paws) to get work done more easily.
