  2. I think we should always be taking better care of ourselves–not just getting older or in “old age” which, out of curiosity, is how old? I agree, diet is great but you offer no specifics. There are entire books written on this topic including the Blue Zones Kitchen. Perhaps you can offer some research or details rather than generalities to really help your readers. Be well!
