Last weekend, my husband and I were celebrating the most handsome and the most wonderful man’s birthday, who I love doing life with. The man I’m talking about is V, of course, the love of my life! 🙂
We spent two nights at the Westin Harbour Castle hotel, which is located in the heart of Toronto. The most amazing thing was that we had a very beautiful and spacious corner room with a breathtaking lake view. I loved waking up there with this incredible scenery.
Recently, I have been completely MIA and it is all because of my trip to Poland. Yes, I’ve been to Europe for a little over two weeks. The main reason for it was to just hug my mom and dad and I’m extremely happy I had a chance to do so.
When I was a little girl, I always loved listening to my parents’ stories about our family. My dad was born in 1939, the year when the World War II started. His uncle was sent to Syberia. I know that some of my ancestors were from other countries in Europe. That being said, I’ve always wanted to uncover my ethnicity.
Today, I’m getting very personal sharing my story that happened when I was 11 years old. I would love to take a minute and help you notice that there are things that we have each and every day to be grateful for.
