Let me start with saying: may you and your loved ones enjoy a peaceful Easter surrounded by love! 🙂
This past month was a celebratory one, because it was my hubby’s birthday! As always his only wish was to cook for him his favourites so that’s what I did, of course. I didn’t take pictures of it all, but below you can see Polish donuts called paczki (which I actually bake – a little non traditional way), steak and nachos with lots of cilantro :).
What can I say – I love cooking for my family and seeing them enjoy it, and also my daughter asking me to “make it over and over again” is just the best! 🙂
Have you watched or heard about the psychological drama “Adolescence” on Netflix, where a 13-year-old boy is accused of the murder of a female classmate? It left my husband and I speechless at first, but then we started talking about it a lot. I do also think that everybody, especially parents, teachers and psychologists, should watch it. Not only the actors did an excellent job, but the plot is worth noticing and talking about, because these are the times we live in right now. Let me know in the comments if you’ve watched it and what do you think.
To lighten things up, below I’m sharing with you some new items I got for my daughter from Deux par deux.
The dress with the small turquoise flowers is made with organic cotton, the sweater with fringe is great for cold summer days, and the set of puff sleeves top and shorts with knots is too cute not to get.
Lastly, if you don’t follow me on Instagram, I’ve shared there the stuffed eggs with avocados. This is actually the same recipe as in the first picture above, but with cilantro (instead of basil).
