Our 3 month anniversary in Montréal, Quebec

Last weekend my husband and I celebrated our 3 month anniversary ❤☺.

We went on a road trip to Montréal, Quebec! That was our first such long road trip and I could tell you that I could go with this man 😍 to the end of the world (wherever that is) and back! ☺

We had so much fun! During our drive there, we were laughing all the time and those 5 hours went by sooo quickly.

I was trying to dance and make my moves with a seat belt on in a car. So we danced, we sang and my love was talking to me in different accents (he’s so good at it! You have to believe me, because I didn’t get a permission from him to put up the videos I made ☺).

When we got to Montréal, my love drove me first to the old Montréal and I have to tell you, it really looked like Europe, so it felt like home to me. Unfortunately it was raining so heavily that we didn’t get off the car, but we’re planning to go there again next year and we’ll spend there more time, for sure.

After we checked in at the hotel and left our things there, we went to Mount Royal for a nice walk along the colorful trees. It was so pretty there! Next, we went to Saint Joseph’s Oratory. We walked up all the stairs there. It was so challenging, but we did it and we, again, had lots of fun doing it.

For our anniversary dinner, we went to the restaurant and had a lovely time talking about us, our marriage and our plans for the future ☺.

The next day, we went for breakfast, which my love, of course, chose the place and even though the restaurant wasn’t romantic, it felt very romantic to be there with my husband ❤😍.

The rest of the day we spent in the area where my husband used to live for the most of his life. It was so sweet to see his house he grew up in and the elementary school and high school he attended. There were lots of beautiful and funny stories to hear of my love (=my little boy) ❤☺.

Overall, this trip to Montréal will always stay in my mind as a very sweet and happy time with my love ❤. Also, I couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide 😍.

Through our whole trip, I was wearing my Jord watch which fulfill my outfits with a unique touch ☺.

Jord has in offer lots of unique men’s and women’s wooden watches which I think you should check out. With Christmas around the corner, it would be a perfect gift for someone you love, especially when you can engrave for them something on the box or/and the watch.

I got my box engraved 🙂

Also, every person who enters here will have a chance to win a $100 gift code to use on the JORD site! One lucky person will win, but everyone will receive a consolation code worth $25! How awesome is that?

  1. Sounds amazing! My husband grew up 30 minutes from Montreal, but he never wants to go there when we visit Quebec. I still have never been. One day!

  2. Great photos of Montreal and you … 😉 Is it not great to say “my husband”?

I like these watches with wooden casing and wooden bracelet, very clever and beautiful design.

    1. Thank you so much and yes, it’s wonderful to say “my husband” ☺, I’m still getting used it though ☺.
The wooden watches are very unique, I agree. ☺🌷

  3. Happy 3 month anniversary! Sounds like you had lots of fun. My bf is Canadian and we have been hoping to visit Montreal one day. He has family there but it’s just so hard to find the time to get up there. Here’s to lots of happy years.. 🥂

  4. Congratulations on your anniversery, and Montreal is an historic city that indeed possesses a stately and dignified European atmosphere in sharp contrast to the vulgar bustle of most major American cities. By the way- love the scarf!

  5. Congrats… long lasting with your husband Ula 😀
    That’s a interesting experience 🙂 Thanks for sharing ^_^

  6. That’s awesome for you both! Many congratulations to a long and happy marriage for you both 🙂 I love the pictures! You’re very photogenic. Keep having fun!
