This is my family’s go-to dinner whenever we want to celebrate something special: homemade burgers made extra special with the naturally golden yolks from @conestoga_eggs , or topped off with the naturally golden touch of Conestoga Farms’ eggs.

👩🏻‍🍳Recipe (for two burgers):

* 3 Free Run O3 + Lutein Brown 18pk @conestoga_eggs
* 250g ground beef
* 2 burger buns
* 250g mushrooms
* 2 onions
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* a few leaves of spinach
* 2 garlic
* lots of spinach
* 3 tbsp milk
* 1/2 tsp parsley
* 1/2 cup bread crumbs
* salt and pepper
* 1/2 tsp oregano
* mayonnaise
* mustard
* barbecue sauce

Cut the onions and mushrooms and fry them together. In the meantime, toast the buns, and prepare meat for burgers. In the bowl, mix ground beef with the seasonings: parsley, oregano, salt and pepper, add bread crumbs and one egg. Mix it all very well and form a patty. Fry them both on the pan. Next, fry two eggs sunny side up style using Free Run O3 + Lutein Brown 18pk @conestoga_eggs . Lastly, assemble all the ingredients as seen in the video.

My family & I had an opportunity to visit @batonrouge_downtownottawa 😃, which has been recently refreshed with a beautiful new look, and the new design includes a dedicated wall for local artists! 🖼️ Of course, I cannot not mention the delicious food we had! 😋🙌

• 1/2 cup of rice (I used pearl rice here)
• Half a can of corn
• 3 hard-boiled eggs
• 2 pickles
• 3 tbsp yogurt
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• Chives
• Salt & pepper

In a bowl, add rice and two cans of Rio Mare Solid Light Tuna in Olive Oil. Then add diced eggs, diced pickles and corn. Mix mayonnaise with yogurt, salt and pepper. Add it all to the bowl and mix (or don’t mix if you prefer it that way) 🙂. Enjoy! 😋

We had so much fun at #alightatnight @uppercanadavill , as always! 😃🧑‍🧑‍🧒🎄
We loved the Toy Train Ride 🚂, having some hot cocoa ☕️ and a little something to eat 🍔 at the Harvest Barn, and of course, seeing the Victorian Saint Nick 🎅 and all the beautifully decorated trees and buildings ✨. We also did some shopping at their Village Store and got some FRESH bread that we highly recommend you get one (or two like us) whenever you visit - it’s the best! 🍞👌

👩🏻‍🍳Recipe:

* 1 tbsp butter
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 6 eggs
* European cheese 🧀(the more, the better)
@fromages.europe.cheeses
The ones I used are: Mimolette, Tomme aux fleurs (my favourite! 🙂), Bergkäse, and Emmental
* 2 garlic
* lots of spinach
* 3 tbsp milk
* 1 big tomato
* salt and pepper
* 1/3 tsp oregano

Add olive oil and butter to the pan, and then garlic. Let it fry a little bit. After that, add the spinach and mix it all up. Add mixed eggs with milk, salt and pepper into the pan, then peeled and diced tomato. At the end, add cheese and sprinkle it with some oregano. Let it all fry for about 2-3 minutes.
Next, put the pan into the oven (heated to 350 degrees) and let it bake for 10-15 minutes.
