My New Tool To Maintain My Healthy Lifestyle

I was never this kind of person that weighs herself each and every day. I remember the times in the middle school and high school when my friends were talking about those numbers (weight), which some of them loved and some of them hated and felt very sad after. I could never join the conversation, because even though we did have a scale at home, I was never using it and had no idea what “my number” is. However, there is one scale that I’ve been enjoying for three months now and would love to share it with you, because I had no idea that Wireless Smart Body Fat Scale does exist! šŸ™‚

I don’t like when people categorize others based on their “numbers”. For me, the number is not important, but how you actually feel in your body and then it’ll also show up on the outside – always.

When I’ve found out about Hamswan and their scale, my husband and I were very curious how it will work and how accurate it will be, because it will be actually great for maintaining our healthy lifestyle.

We have downloaded the New iwellness app (which is available for Android and Apple) and after connecting to bluetooth, there you go, it tracks weight, body fat, muscle mass, water level, bone mass, BMR, BMI and visceral fat! How amazing is that?!

As I said before, I don’t care that much about the weight (which this scale will tell you without connecting it to the app as every other scale), but finding out about my body fat, water level and muscle mass and others was a whole different level :).

Since day one, my hubby and I have been recording our results and comparing each other’s every day. That was so much fun sometimes, but we were also motivating each other all the time. I was lower on my muscle mass so I have started doing more weight training exercises whereas my hubby was not hydrated enough and after a couple of days of drinking more liquids and taking one more bottle of water to work, we both noticed the improvements thanks to this cool scale. Without this technology, we wouldn’t have any idea what we should focus on when it comes to our bodies.

Also, even though I understand better kg while my love is more comfortable with lb was not the problem at all, because the scale shows you the number whichever you prefer and chose in the app.

After contacting the company, they agreed to offer a code for my readers: “THANKU10” which saves $10 on any $30 order in their HAMSWAN Storewww.hamswan.com :)!

    1. I’m happy, because that’s why I’ve decided to write this post, because I had no idea something like that exists either šŸ™‚šŸ‘šŸŒ·

  3. I know I don’t look thin, but my body fat levels have gone down even though my weight hasn’t. Soon, I hope with continual exercise, it will start showing improvement. Thanks for that info.

  4. I also ago numbers..I pay attention to how my body is feeling, I use an app to journal my daily food intake and help monitor my nutritional needs. I also use an app to help me monitor my water and caffeine intake…my smart watch to help me monitor my activity and heart rate. It’s awesome the technology we have at our finger tips to help us live healthier lifestyles.

    1. So true! It’s so much easier now thanks to all these apps šŸ˜€šŸ‘šŸŒ¹

  5. Sounds like an amazing tool. But I assume to track the info you need a phone App but I don’t have a cell phone, so I don’t suppose it would be much use to me.

  6. I love this post, partly because you don’t focus on the numbers, but mostly because I love the idea of using technology to help achieve a goal. I need to get a smart scale too. I think this would be really helpful to combine with information like your heart rate during exercise and recovery to push your fitness to the next level.
