I’ve noticed that you really enjoy posts where I talk about the beauty products I currently use.
I’m all about simplicity. When it comes to products I use in daily, I always try to choose those simple, which for me means clean ones. A non-toxic product that is made without a long list of ingredients linked to harmful health effects from hormone disruption, to cancer, to plain-old skin irritation. To name just a few: parabens, phthalates, PEGs, ethanolamines, chemical sunscreens, synthetic fragrance, BHT, BHA.
The clean products are the ones that I use mostly in my life and here are my favorites of the first trimester of 2019:
Elle R Cosmetiques: Èle 5 In 1 Wrinkle Repair Treatment
I really like the creams that work for night and day. My life gets easier in a second. This 5 in 1 treatment firms, moisturizes, smoothes, tones and brightens the complexion. I would love to add one more thing: it works great under makeup!
Eco Tan: Eye Compost Supernaturally Bright Eye Cream
First of all, this cream has a very nice color. I’m pretty sure, it is thanks to spirulina, which I tend to add to my smoothies. I’m happy to drink it, but now I’m also glad to put it around my eye. I’ve started using this cream not long ago, but every time I put it on, it brightens up the area around my eyes and reduces the dark circles when I don’t get enough sleep.
What’s more, this cream comes with a cute, little Jade Stone Applicator, which increases blood circulation and naturally boost collagen. I like using it every morning for some awakening, as well.
Lily Organic Skin Care: Multi-Oil Face Treatment
Every time I feel my skin is getting dry, I will use this oil and the problem is gone. It is great for the night, but also for the day. To be honest with you, I use it pretty often during the day. Sometimes I even add 2 or 3 drops to my foundation to get this nice and dewy look.
Since it is organic, you would assume it doesn’t smell too good. You cannot be more wrong, so thank you Mother Nature!
Eco Tan: Lemongrass Cleansing Foam
V and I use it every day to wash our faces and bodies. It is a luxurious natural body wash and gentle facial cleanser. It is made with only certified organic and natural ingredients.
I cannot imagine (especially the mornings) without the uplifting scent of lemongrass and grapefruit!
ASE Naturals: Lunar Body Oil
Not only I like using a face oil, but I really like using a body oil. Our bodies need hydration, as well. The one I use is Hibiscus+Rose. It smells divine! It is really cool to see rose petals and small rose quartz floating in the bottle. I use it mostly on the weekends after a shower. A little spa time for me :).
