It’s been a WHILE since I last posted my Friday’s Five here. I cannot not mention how heavy my heart is with the situation in Ukraine… With that being said, I’d like to share with you a great list of some of organizations that support people of Ukraine, please see here.
1. B-Day Celebration
Two weeks ago we celebrated our special man’s birthday! Now that Lily knows and understands more, it is SO much more fun! Lily & I did make sure to make our hubby and daddy feel special on that day and the whole weekend! 🙂 We made him three cakes (along with birthday cake) and I’m not going to lie, we had lots of fun making them all with flour all over the place, etc., lol!
If you follow me on social media, you might have noticed me talking about the fertility tracking device that you can use at the comfort of your own home. Whether you’re trying to get pregnant or trying to avoid pregnancy, it is a great tool to have and use! It explains your fertility hormone data that’s very easy to understand. It allows you to see your E3G, PdG and LH levels, hormone patterns, and most importantly, your fertile and infertile days. This professional device connects to the app, which keeps the track of your levels, cycles, and also has lots of great & interesting articles!
I’m so excited that I do have a code for you ULA10 for 10% off on Mira Kit and Mira Kit + Confirm bundle! 🙂
3. Collagen Each And Every Day
There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t drink/take collagen. Lately, I’ve been adding a scoop of Collagen from Nature’s Sunshine to my coffee every morning. I do appreciate that it melts so nicely, (because not all collagen powder supplements do dissolve well in a liquid – trust me!). I also like this one more, because it is tasteless so it doesn’t “bother” me when I’m drinking coffee.
For those of you that might not know this: collagen is formulated to provide skin with shape and rigidity to help reset stretching. It also provides hydration to support softer, smoother, more youthful-looking skin.
For a few months now I’ve been using one foundation over and over again, because I find it to be the best I’ve ever used in my entire life! It is pricey, but so worth it! Clé de Peau Beauté Radiant Cream Foundation is not like all the foundations out there, because not only it provides flawless coverage with a dewy finish, but also hydrates and improves the signs of aging! So yes, please! 🙂
