October was a pretty nice month with the weather still being warm and sunny. We spent a lot of time outside, enjoying the last bits of the fall, and we made a trip to the Greater Toronto Area. While often times I take pictures of the things we’re doing, this time I somehow did not, but we certainly spent some quality time with Lily’s grandma and having fun visiting certain places in Brampton, Mississauga and Toronto.

While we were driving, we loved seeing all the colours of the fall trees. They’re our favourite! Even though you can’t see it in the picture below, the scenery was beautiful.

Other than that, V and I were very excited that some of our favourite TV shows/series came back with new season, such as “The Morning Show” and “Slow Horses” on AppleTV. If you haven’t seen them, I highly recommend. They’re so good, and every season is better than the previous one.
In October, I was happy to jump back to my workout routine, which was going very well where I was working out about 5 days a week. Later in the month, some health things happened, and unfortunately I had to pause. I do believe that it was all for my better well-being. I’m also happy to say that as I’m writing it, I’m back to working out, slowly, but surely getting back there.

I also got myself a new walking pad, which seems much better than the one I had previously. It has a handle and it is also a treadmill (2-in-1) so it’s a perfect combination.

Who doesn’t like Levi’s? I remember when I moved to Canada and started working and after some time, I bought my first pair of Levi’s – they were so perfect… The time passed and I kinda forgot about this brand, but recently I had the opportunity to work with them and choose some items for myself and my daughter, which are really great and made me realize how blessed I am.

Find me on social media, because it’ll be great to have you there and follow me 🙂 :
What a wonderfully full and reflective October you had! It sounds like it was a month rich with family connection, simple joys, and personal growth.
It’s beautiful how you savored the season—from the vibrant fall colours during your drives to the quality time with Lily’s grandma. Those memory-making moments are precious, with or without photos. And how lovely to have those brilliant shows to look forward to each week; “The Morning Show” and “Slow Horses” are indeed fantastic!
Most of all, your attitude towards your health and fitness is truly inspiring. It takes a lot of strength and self-awareness to pause for your well-being and then gently, surely, find your way back. Your new walking pad sounds like the perfect tool to support that journey—so happy for you!
And what a delightful surprise to reconnect with a beloved brand like Levi’s and get to share that joy with your daughter. It’s a beautiful reminder of how far you’ve come and the blessings that surround you now.
Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt and positive update. Here’s to a continued steady pace forward in November, filled with more beautiful scenery, great stories, and moments that make you feel blessed🤝
Thank you so much!
You are welcome 🌷🤝
Looks like a wonderful month. I don’t know where October went and now November is nearly gone 🙂 Toronto is such an amazing city. Haven’t been there in quite a few years 🙂
Thank you, and it looks like you need to visit Toronto soon 😊.
