Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours! 🍁🇨🇦 Wishing you warm meals, full hearts, and the people you love around the table 💞.

This past month, we saw Cirque du Soleil’s LUZIA ✨. Plus celery juice with Lily, a new IKEA orchid, and the new season of “Ted Lasso”. Also, when did my baby grow up? 🥹

Swipe till the end, it’s SO worth it! 📚🥰

This makes me so happy.
Why?

#reading #books #homeschooling

When I was Lily’s age (a 6-year-old), I was yelled at by my teacher in kindergarten. I wasn’t able to read a small book excerpt and she sent me off to keep on learning. I was… while my tears were dripping onto pages…

One of my goals was to make sure that my daughter won’t have such experience and she’ll love reading books.

Since she turned about two years old, every day before going to bed, we have been reading books to her. Every day.

She’s 6 years old now and she reads books by herself, (but we also keep our tradition of reading books together before going to bed, of course) 🙂❤️.

Her giggle at the end 😄❤️.
