At this time off year especially, as the year draws to a close and we look forward to the holidays, Christmas and New Year, we can also start to become a little more focused on our lives. New year is a popular opportunity to set yourself new goals, click the reset switch on your life and make some changes to how you look and how you feel. The truth of the matter is, so many people decide all of what they want to do at the very last minute. Choosing to set these goals on a whim on New Year’s Eve. This is why so many people give up during January or don’t stick to any sort of path to achieve the goal that was set. No thought went into it to ensure this was something you wanted to do or needed to do. Not long ago, I wrote this article about Activeats, where I described my one day with fresh, already cooked meals.
