For example, if you want to get your cardio in, perhaps you and your friends could all go to the park and run around playing tag or something like when you were younger. Or, maybe you want to go on a hike and see if you can get to the top. Both of these ideas can be a lot of fun, and they are still getting you the level of exercise that you need.
Ditch The Boring Recipes
Another thing that you should be doing is ditching the boring recipes and going for something a little more interesting. You do not need to eat chicken, broccoli and rice every single day of your life if you want to lose weight. Likewise, you do not have to eat massive amounts of protein and nothing else if you want to gain muscle. There are so many recipes out there that are amazing for your health but taste incredible, and it just takes a little bit of looking from you.
If you want to treat yourself from time to time, there is nothing wrong with that either. You can buy Canadian cookies or something else that you love as a treat, and feel no guilt at all for it.
Set Yourself A Night Time Routine
My last quick point is that sleep is important, and if you want to be healthy but you struggle getting those hours in then setting yourself a night time routine might be beneficial to you. This can be whatever you want it to be, as long as you can stick to it on a regular basis.
