Walking down the memory lane

Before this weekend starts, I’d like to take some time and write about my last weekend :).

On Friday, as usual, together with my husband, we did grocery and surprisingly, it didn’t take a lot of time for us and it’s because there weren’t a lot of people. We both don’t like crowds so that worked out perfectly. What is the best time to do the grocery for you? 🙂

Grocery wasn’t that important like the fact that my husband came up with an idea:

– “Love, how about we wake up early in the morning tomorrow, take some snacks and head to Niagara Falls via Niagara-on-the-lake?”- my hubby said

– “Hmmm, do you want to go the same way and to the same place, like we did last year for our engagement and then for our honeymoon? :)” – I excitedly responded

– “Yes love!”

– “Awww, love, that’s so sweet 😍… let’s go then… 😃” After a couple of minutes (me again): “But wait, what I’m going to wear, am I ready? I need to iron my dresses, what jewelry I’m going to wear, sunglasses…?!” – my husband just looked at me and didn’t say a word, because he knows how I am and my “panic attacks” 😆 and after I said: “ya, never mind, let’s go love!” 😃

Friday evening was crazy for me, I’m not gonna lie, but on Saturday morning we were all ready and steady to do some road trippin’ :). Of course, we made a couple of stops on the way since it’s so nice out there, especially around Niagara-on-the-lake. I have to tell you that whenever we are there, I always feel like I’m back in a region where I grew up :).

Funny, and at the same time very nice incident happened when we drove along the Niagara Parkway and visited the famous Floral Clock. We went there to look at it closely and take some pictures, a girl started walking towards us and I got a little scared, because we didn’t do anything wrong… Anyway, she came up to me and said: “I really like your sunnies, do you mind telling me where did you get them?” I just smiled with relief and told her: “Sure! They’re from Prive Revaux!”

My husband smiled at me and said: “See love, I told you they’re very nice” :).

Actually, I’m very happy I got not only one, but two pairs of sunglasses from them :). They have 100s of pairs of designer eyewear at an affordable price and you can often see celebrities wearing this brand (Jamie Foxx, Ashley Benson, Jennifer Lopez, Katie Holmes)! 🙂

When we got to Niagara Falls, we just parked the car and went for a very long walk by the Falls. The weather was so nice and there were a lot of people (obviously), but it didn’t stop us from enjoying that time there and walking down the memory lane ❤☺.

      3. We went over into Canada, but I think we saw it from the US too- I just remember being blown away by the size of the falls!
