Friday’s Five: Last Friday Before Fall Starts

Yes, that’s right, this is the last Friday this summer and probably some of you are not so happy about it. I, on the other hand, am very very happy about the fact that fall is almost here :).

In today’s Friday’s Five I share my favorite cookbook, my best product for hair and more. As I always say, have the best weekend ever! 🙂

friday's five simple ula

1. Serum That Everybody Has Heard About

If we’re talking about the skincare product that has been used for generations, it is Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair in mind. I’m beyond excited to be trying out their newest Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex. After using it for three weeks, I’m very impressed with the results and the look of my skin. It looks and feels so much healthier. On top of that, I love the hydrating effect and the wrinkles appear reduced. There’s nothing not to love this product! No wonder, it’s on top when it comes to skincare products for so many years :).

Also, check this website, where you can play the games and earn some youth-generating power points :).

2. High Performing Hair Care

I’ve been struggling lately with postpartum hair loss and was looking for some natural product that I can use while breastfeeding. I was very relieved to find out about Dorien Marcus that offers premium hair serum. It is made with 100% organic ingredients. One of the ingredients is argan oil that is called “liquid gold”, because one of the benefits is that it protects hair from damage without diminishing luster or making it feel heavy. Most and foremost this serum moisturize, soften and promote growth of your hair. Plus, they do have hair serum for men, as well, that maintain the softness, suppleness and radiance of your man’s hair.

3. Bohtal Means Bottle In Northern Sami

Bohtal is the name of the newest premium products, such as tumblers by Smartshake. They are double-wall insulated and made with 18/8 durable steel. They have leak-proof flip-spout with detachable straw. What I like the most about them is the size and look of them. I like them so much that I got three of them for all three of us (V, Lily and I) :). Check them out here if you’re interested :). Oh, and almost forgot, Northern Sami is the language of the indigenous people of northern Scandinavia.

4. Eat, Reset, Heal

One of my latest favorite cookbooks is the one I got from my husband and it’s by Gwyneth Paltrow “The Clean Plate”. I was always a big fan of Gwyneth and it’s actually her second cookbook I own. In this one, I really like detoxes and cleanses with interviews with some great doctors. It is very informative with delicious and healthy recipes at the same time.

5. This Is So Sweet!

I hope to do this one day with V when we’re old and grey :):
