Earlier in my life, I didn’t have difficulties with falling asleep. However, with age, I’ve noticed that it’s harder to go straight to bed when you still, for instance, have so much on your mind. After I got married, together with my husband, we noticed that there are things we do each and every day, which help us fall asleep quicker and sleep better.

There are guides to decorating your bedroom in just about any kind of style that catches your fancy. However, some think this is the wrong way to approach bedroom décor. It shouldn’t be entirely taste-focused but should be purpose-focused. More of us are suffering from poor sleeping habits and there’s some evidence the bedroom itself might be a culprit in that. So, how do you make sure the bedroom is actually doing its job?
