What I’m Thankful For

Fall, October, November – for most of us they make us think about Thanksgiving! 🙂 I think that especially this year, we need to focus on those things which we are grateful for. As far as I am concerned, they give us hope for a better tomorrow and keep us sane. Don’t you agree?

There are so many things that I’m grateful for this year and I’ve decided to share them with you :).

Health

Let’s be real, this is something that’s super precious nowadays. I’m so grateful that Lily, V and I are all healthy. Of course, I’m on top of the supplements we take and the food we eat to make sure that our bodies and immune system are strong. I also know how it is when you’re not able to do things you’d like to or even to get up and function normally, because you’re too sick to do so. During those times, we appreciate our health the most, but let’s not wait till we get sick, but be grateful right now for another beautiful day being strong and healthy :).

Lily

I cannot believe how a very little human being can make you the happiest person in the world :). Every second, every minute, every hour and every day is much better with her here. When things don’t go so well, I just look at her sweet face and beautiful smile and everything is great. No matter what. Also, 2020 will always be the year that she came into this world and that’s what I’ll always remember (and no pandemic) :).

Hubby

He’s always by my side and here to put my wings up if they’re falling down :). “I love you” or “I miss you” – I’ll never take for granted these words. I was waiting for these things to hear them with the meaning behind for a very long time and no matter how many times a day I hear them, they are always make my heart skip a bit :).

Passion

I’m so grateful to have a passion and actually do what I love. I like waking up in the middle of the night with an idea for a blog post or where and how I should take a picture. I love waking up with a purpose for the day. I like being busy. I always say when I’m busy that I actually like it, I like having a lot of things to do, because that means I’m alive :).

Morning Coffee

I like the smell of coffee in the morning. Adding some milk and collagen to it and it is the best start of the day. It makes a day and work even better.

I would love to hear what you are thankful for this year? 🙂 Please share in the comments.

  2. That was a great idea- to share your gratitude list!! 😁It made me think of all the things I’m grateful for, and that’s a lovely thing to think about.🤗🤗❤

  3. Hi Ula&family,
I share your message because we are all guests on our planet Earth. Many people have forgotten that.
And it is precisely in this time of pandemic that we should all be more humble and more grateful and help people who are not doing so well.
I am grateful that my family is doing well and my dog Baxxter agrees. Here last year on the beach for dogs:

  4. That’s so wonderful!! I am thankful for so many things to be honest, morning coffee included 😛 But in general, I am thankful for health, a home, food in my fridge and the ability to follow my dreams. Also the fact, that I go to university and able to work and have hobbies at the same time. I know not a lot of people have this chance!!

  6. I’m thankful for life and family. With the crazy things going on over here in my country the past weeks, I’m thankful that God kept I, my family and my friends safe in the midst of all the chaos
