Some weight loss programs do really have positive results, I did struggle with weight loss for some time and eating right through the weight loss program did help.

Nice post. One of the things that I like to do is have a cup of cereal with complex carbs, nuts, and seeds for breakfast, a light lunch and moderate dinner. I follow the recommendation of using smaller plates (about 8 inches) and divide the plate in half and the remaining half into two portions. The larger half contains vegetables and the 2 smaller halves protein and carbs each. That seems to work for me. Also I try to reduce sweet drinks.
