Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow Canadians! Wishing you hope, joy, peace, good health, and love on this Thanksgiving Day! Thank you for being here, because it’s indeed one of the things I’m thankful for.
I’m so happy that fall is here – my favourite season! The best thing we did this September was our trip to Quebec, which I wrote all about here. It was a perfect fall getaway.
It was a while since I wrote about some of the shows my hubby and I have been watching. We love the TV series “Slow Horses”, which we stream on Apple TV+. The new season came out this September and we’ve been waiting for all the episodes to come out so I cannot wait to now watch it all. Of course, I’ve heard great things… again. Also, “Shrinking” is coming out with the second season this week – another great series!
We did enjoy the movie “Wolfs” with George Clooney and Brad Pitt, and “The Instigators” with Matt Damon and Casey Affleck. Both of them were funny and a great watch with some popcorn. We are also excited about the release of “Joker 2” and cannot wait to see it.

Let me leave you here with the Polish apple cake called “Szarlotka”, which I made for my family. It reminds me of my mommy, because she was making it pretty often, and I have a feeling that now I’ll be making it pretty often in our household with my Lily’s help, of course.
