Everyone of us has had this day when you wake up, look in the mirror and see a pimple on your face. Worst timing ever when it’s an important day.
It is all caused by hormonal changes, bad diet, stress or skincare products. I’ve decided to share my top three things I do that has helped me with my skin to keep it clean and clear.

I’m on my second bottle of this supplement and I have noticed many great changes on my skin. I cannot be happier.
Botanycl is a plant-based supplement, rich in vitamins A and C, which boost collagen, reduce the appearance of wrinkles and sun damage, as well as signs of aging. This Skin Clear Elixir reduces the levels of excess oils in the skin and balances the production of the hormone androgen. That being said, it’s a “saving grace” for people that suffer from acne.

Using Toner Daily
I’ve noticed that after committing to using face toner every day in the morning and evening, my skin is cleaner and fresher. If, for any reason, I don’t use toner, I feel “dirty”.
Toner can help close pores and tighten cell gaps, which actually prevents blackheads from appearing. It also balances pH levels, which can get out of whack after cleansing.
It is so easy, but at the same time, not many people does it. Of course, we do drink water, but do we drink it enough?
I’ve mentioned here how important it is to stay hydrated. Water does improve the health of skin, because our cells are made up of it. Any day when I don’t drink enough water, I can see it on my face.
