We think that people are really underestimating the power of health and wellness, and are most likely falling into the hands of the side of health that leaves you feeling groggy, run down, and begging for the weekend. It doesn’t help that the change in weather is imminent, and for some of you reading this, it will already be here. We had a rather mild winter last year, but this year is set to be totally different, so there has never been a more important time to focus on the power of health and wellness, and we’re here to show you how you can. When you totally focus on your health and well-being, you start to enter a new state of mind, as well as feel the physical difference with your body. But to do so, you really have to dedicate your time and mindset to it, because we all know how easy it is to fall off the wagon. So, I’m going to show you some of the ways that I think you can focus entirely on your health and wellness, and the power these methods will hold.

A New State Of Body & Mind
Entering a new state of body and mind is something that we can all relate to needing to do. The more you think about how you’re actually thinking, and how your body is working at the minute, the more you’ll realize how much needs to change. One way that I think you can easily enter a new state of body and mind, is to think about trying out yoga. Yoga is good for so many different reasons. Not only does it focus the mind on positive energy, and allows you to connect with your soul, but it’s great for so many muscular aspects of your body. Yoga affirmations can keep you motivated and ready to stick with it every single day, and the more you practice it, the better you’re going to get at it. It’s not something that will come naturally to you at first.
A New Way To Start The Day
Finding a new way to start the day could mean the difference between you having a really positive and healthy day, and having a terrible one. So the first thing to focus on, is getting between 7 and 9 hours sleep. Here your mind will be optimally rested for the day ahead. If you do struggle to sleep, you may wish to consider adding a supplement from somewhere like Royal CBD into your evening routine to help with this. You could make a positive change to the start by drinking a liter of water before midday if you can, and focusing on getting a good hearty breakfast in, such as porridge with fruit. These three simple things, along with a positive view for the day, could make all of the difference to your day!
Staying On The Wagon
Staying on the wagon is hard, but I think it can easily done with a bit of leniency to what you’re doing. Allow yourself a little daily treat to keep your mind stress free, rather than forcing yourself to be clean and healthy all of the time. Finding the perfect balance is the key to success here.

Thank you! ☺🌼
You’re so right! A good breakfast, sleep, and making a greater effort to be balanced can make a big difference. I’m a culprit of skipping breakfast often and sleeping for 5 or 6 hours and then wonder why I’m so tired by 2pm. Thanks for these reminders. I really need to take better care of myself.
Thank you for stopping by! ☺🌻
Staying on the wagon is tough, but I agree that a little treat now and then is so helpful. So is giving yourself a big ol’ heap of forgiveness so you can get right back on. -Nina

True!! These are some of the ways that I also found helpful throughout the years. Yoga or other physical exercise both work wonders for me to connect my brain, body and soul. I use journaling or meditation in the morning to set me up for the day. The hardest part is indeed to be consistent but its not impossible. 💕💕
Yes, you are so right, girl!!! 🙂🌸
